A concierge wellness practice was running on a spreadsheet for clients, a separate calendar app for appointments, and nothing that tied any of it together. The ask was simple: make this work. What we built went further than that.
The public site is the front door — clean, warm, mobile-first, built to convert curious visitors into booked consultations. Behind it sits a client portal where patients manage their own appointments and access their treatment history without a phone call.
The real work is the CRM. Appointment scheduling with staff calendar sync, treatment records with notes and attachments, an outreach system for follow-up campaigns, and a dashboard that gives the practice an honest picture of the business at a glance. No third-party SaaS fees. No features they don't need. Just the practice, running on something they own.
